He is survived by: his wife Ann Skaggs of Morton; his sons, Micah Skaggs of East Peoria, Alexander Skaggs of Morton and Jeffrey Skaggs (Jennifer) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jack, Tobias, Lillian and Naomi; and his siblings, Nancy, Jane, Ben, Dan and Dave.
