He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Jennifer Stenger of Pekin and Laura Quinn (Eric) of Peoria Heights; his stepchildren, Emilie Sharum (Justin) of Tremont and Collin Jones (Kait) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Cassie, Logan, Jack, Alyssa, Ashlynn and Aiden; his stepgrandchildren, Harlow, Zovi and Oaklyn; and his siblings, Gary Stenger (Julie) of Peoria, Arlene Callear (Tom) of Roanoke, Linda Kidder of Farmington Heights, MI and Janet Elliott (Mike) of Peoria.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to EPIC (1912 W. Townline Road, Peoria, IL 61615), an organization close to Bill's heart.
