She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Samuel and Frances Lera Axley (Hicks); and her siblings, Ernie Allen, Bobby Gene, Gerald, Raymond, William Axley and Barbara Ann Axley.
She is survived by: her brother Charles "Chuck" Axley.
