He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moore and Edna Moore (Merriman); his spouse Beverly Ann Hamm; his brothers, Clarence "Rocky" Moore, Frank Moore and Robert Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Wilma, Sarah Moore, Jerry Seymour and Bobbie Tipsword.
He is survived by: his stepson Joseph Etter (Tonya); his granddaughter Shelby Etter; his siblings, William Moore, Leanna Tipsword and Carolyn Seymour; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Moore and Edith Moore.
