She was predeceased by: her parents, John Groom and Ellen Groom (Chandler); her husband Thomas D. Burton; her siblings, Brent Groom, Revo Groom, Clint Groom, Lorene McDonald and Dorothy Miller; her grandson Chris Burton; and her daughter-in-law Sondra Burton.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Burton (Debbie) of Union, Thomas Burton of Mt. Carmel, Steven Burton (Leann) of Mt. Carmel, John Burton (Jennifer) of Mt. Carmel and Brenda Burton of Mt. Carmel, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Chuck Burton (Sandy), Jenny Horgan (Ben), Joe Burton, Josh Burton, Matthew Burton (Anne), Melissa Burton, Alan Burton and Ashley Calhoun (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Ari Burton, Briella Burton, Rachel Horgan, Duke Burton, Sadie Burton, Van Calhoun, Vince Calhoun and Violette Calhoun.
