She was predeceased by: her parents, Bedford Forkum and Effie Forkum (Glover). She is survived by: her husband Roy; her son Ed Timberlake (Dolores) of Mt. Carmel; her brothers, Ray and Floyd; and her daughter Lisa Miller. She is also survived by 5 beautiful granddaughters and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Short-Cunningham Funeral Home (527 N Mulberry St, Mt Carmel, IL 62863). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at the Highland Memorial Cemetery.
