Bernard L. Keepes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard L. Keepes of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on October 25, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Phillip and Edith Clara Keepes (Tennis); his granddaughter Alish Perez; his siblings, Norman, Howard Keepes, John L. Keepes (Phyllis), Victor Keepes (Shirley) and Bertha Mae Kieffer (Louis); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Hockgeiger and John Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Keepes (Christine), Kerry Keepes, Misty Keepes and Tammy Keepes (Jeff McGhee); his grandchildren, Cannon Miller (Tony), Reagan Strockbine (Noah), Logan Jones, Jordan Keepes, Derek Sutton (Jordan Mehringer), Leiston Keepes, Raven Gillihan (Jordan), Rashandra Hurt, Autumn Keepes, Jaxsun Keepes and Philemon Jongen; his great grandchildren, Aveah, Adley Miller, Scottie Strockbine, Declan, Damon, Hudson Gillihan and Hadley Hurt; his siblings, Eugene Keepes (Judy), Agnes Hockgeiger and Marilyn Harris; and his sister-in-law Helen Keepes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bernard's memory to St. Sebastian Catholic Church.
