She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Dicus and Grace Dicus (Dardeen); her husband Richard F. Crouch; her son Mark Crouch; her grandson Roger Crouch, Jr.; her great grandchild Delilah Ellis; and her siblings, Willard Dicus, Fern Couch, Bonnie Simonds, Bill Dicus, Mary Day, Jerry Dicus, Maxine Blair, Virgina Dicus, Bob Dicus and Juanita Terrell.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Crouch (Debbie), Roger Crouch (Robin) and Leona York (Jeff Morgan); her grandchildren, Cory Fisher (Lindsay), Misty Fisher, Robert Fisher, Jr. (Samantha), Shannon Fisher, Roger Dale Crouch, Josh Crouch, Rachel Crouch (Chris Frey), Shawn Ochs (Michelle), Tiffany Coffey (Kieran), Tyler Ochs (Lindsey) and Shana Cash (Ryan); and her sister Barbara Hatfield (Jim). She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren.
