He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Collins and Ruby Collins (Keppel). He is survived by: his wife Linda Collins; his daughters, Christina Carie (Russ), Lisa Fischer (Andy) and Madonna Collins; his grandchildren, Justin Hamblin (Amanda), Chelsey Niezwaag (Matt), Alexis Brown (Jonathan), Jessica Lewis (Harrison Loeb), Aiden Fischer (Kaci), Nicholas Fischer (Emmalie), Colin Fischer, Zach Orth and Emily Orth; and his sister Karen Mahorney. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
