She is survived by: her husband Duane Lewis; her children, Tristan Lewis (Shea) and Kaycee Lewis; her grandson Harlan Ray Lewis; her brother Don Henry; her nieces, Chrissy Henry, Brenna Henry and Brooklyn Henry; her nephew Rik Henry; her siblings-in-law, Teresia Henry and Davin Lewis (Becky); her pets, Ronin, Tori, Harley and Nick; and her close friend Debbie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keepes Funeral Home (1500 N Cherry St, Mt Carmel, IL 62863). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Debbie's memory to the Wabash County Animal Shelter Buddies or Safe Haven.
