She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Farnell and Edith Farnell of Ocala, Florida.; her husband Gail William Phebus (Bill); her grandson Dale William Phebus; her sister Theta Montgomery; and her son-in-law Jack Hall.

She is survived by: her children, Diana Hall, Connie McPherson (Ed) of Mt. Carmel and Ben Phebus (Diana) of Evansville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Derick Wiggins (Laura), Erin McCullough (George), Darby Stickler (Justin), Erika Powell (Chance), Bret, Trent, Drew Phebus (Emily), David Hall (Kerry) and Clarissa VanVickle (Randy); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Paige, John Martin, Levi Stickler, Sloane, Whitney Powell, Jules, Jackson McCullough, Lauren, Courtney Hall, Nick, Alex, Zack VanVickle, Riley, Josie, Ella Wiggins, Kylie and Gavin Phebus; and her sister Marjorie Byrd of Columbia, Missouri. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

It was a caring place with loving caregivers during an especially difficult time with dealing with Covid.
