He is survived by: his children, Chad Davis (Jennifer), Jimmy Bailey (Kathryn), Don Spore (Kelly) and Mary Taylor; his grandchildren, Kimberly Wilson, Kara Wilson, Richie Bobbitt (Tanya), Chris Bobbitt (Angelica), Sam Wampler, Emily Wampler, Zayn Davis and Tenley Davis; and his sister Peggy Whetstone (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
