With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Everett of Mount Carmel, Illinois, born in Conway, Arkansas, who passed away on December 29, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rural Jones and Vera Jones (Phillips); her husband Phillip Everett; and her siblings, Lillian Fulmer, Elba Roper, Hazel Larch and Walter Jones.
She is survived by: her children, David Everett (Ethel) of Norris City, IL, Judy Baker of Grayville, IL and Susan Everett of Haubstadt, IN. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Northside Missionary Baptist Church in Grayville or the Edwards County Senior Citizens Center.
