He was predeceased by: his parents, John Everett Kramer and Elsie May Kramer (Pope); his siblings, Edith Anthis, Patricia Owens, Lloyd Kramer, John Kramer and Orville Kramer; and his granddaughter Amy Kramer.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Montgomery; and his children, Ed Kramer (Sandy) of Damiansville, Angie Hirsch (Jeff) of Frankfort, Ted Kramer (Leslie) of Mt. Carmel, Gloria Kieffer (Tony) of Mt. Carmel, John Kramer (Shannon) of Mt. Carmel and Jaleigh Peterson (Dan) of Mt. Carmel.
