He was predeceased by : his parents, Garry Foote, Sr. and Nellie Christine Benham; and his siblings, Jimmy Foote, Doug Foote (Soapie), Joseph Chatterly, David Chatterly, Sandra Wilcox, Valerie Breest and Teri Lynn Daniel.

He is survived by : his wife Kathy Lynn Clark; his sons, Anthony Foote (Shauna) of Mt. Carmel, Steven Brian Foote of Mt. Carmel and Michael Foote (Haley) of Francisco, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Tawni Jo, Dylan, Bryce, Eli, Lilliah, Bella, Everly and Ashlyn; his great grandchildren, Piper, Granger, Deliah and Dustem; his sisters, Toni Lee Potts, Carolyn Childress, Audrey Allen, Cynthia Brooks, Sherri Brooks, Tammy Szukala, Barbara Brooks and Kate Breest; his stepsiblings, Laura Martin and Gus Buhl; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
