He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Fowler (Tricia) and Nathan Fowler (Lori); his grandchildren, Anna Sauer (Bryce), Emily Parlee (Caleb), Luke Fowler, Leah Fowler, Kate Fowler, Lydia Fowler, Adah Fowler and Jonas Fowler; his great grandchildren, Elsie Sauer and Elizabeth Parlee; and his siblings, Kim Edwards (Mona), Susan Rhine and Janice Fowler.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jack's memory to the Wabash Valley College Foundation.
