Jack Lynn Thread Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Lynn Thread of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on October 20, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Mae Thread (Bender); his daughter Judith Thread; and his siblings, Joyce Thornhill and Otho "Butch" Woods. He is survived by: his father James Lyle; his wife Jeanne Thread; his children, James Thread (Jully), Jeffrey Thread (Renee), Jeremy Thread (Morgan), Jeannette Fravel (Ryan), Jaclynn Spencer and Jessica Anderson (Chris); his grandchildren, Evan Thread (Mackenzie), Allison Thread, Justin Fravel, Dalton Fravel, Kyle Fravel, Tripp Thread, Jayden Spencer, Lilly Keener, Jace Spencer, Raylan Keener, Taylor Thread and Reece Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Leon Thread and Scott Thread. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Memorial Cemetery College (1836 College Dr, Mt Carmel, IL 62863).
