Carmel, IL and Rodney Johnson (Tracy) of Henderson, KY; his sister Vicki Chinn (Ronnie) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Troy Kuehne (Hailey) of Mt. Carmel, IL, Seth Kuehne (Shawna) of Mt. Carmel, IL, Jacob Johnson of Lexington, KY and Jordyn Johnson (Spencer Bartow) of Louisville, KY; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Adeline and Everly Kuehne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
