He was predeceased by : his parents, William Weir and Gloria Weir (Fredrick); and his brother-in-law Rodney Higginbotham. He is survived by : his wife Tammy Higginbotham; his daughters, Amanda Murphy (Andy) and Gloria Weir (Dylan Foote); his grandchildren, Silas, Jacob and Delilah; and his siblings, Pat Weir (Darlene), Mike Weir, Tom Weir (Annie), Jim Stansfield (Pat) and Penny Stansfield. He is also survived by his family and friends.
