We are sad to announce that, on May 7, 2019, at the age of 77, James Neigh (Mount Carmel, Illinois), born in Greenfield, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Neigh to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James L. Neigh and Elizabeth Neigh (Pallam); his spouse Adah Cotner; his sister Jean Perkins (Bob); his children, Jimmy and Nancy Sams (Jeff); his grandchildren, Rylan, Conner and Georgia; and his stepdaughter Amanda Schmidt (Eric).
