He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Lee and Martha Tice (Phelps); and his brother Tommy Tice. He is survived by: his children, Danny Tice (Samantha), Chris Tice and Elizabeth Earnest (Todd); his stepson Thomas McWilliams (Alan); and his siblings, Gary Tice (Erlene), Larry Tice (Audrey) and Tammy Williams. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
