It is with sadness that the passing of Judith A Banks of Mount Carmel, Illinois is shared. Judith, born on June 30, 1943, passed away on October 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenes Tatro and Jessie Tatro (Dill); her husband David Banks; and her siblings, Linda Wirth and Jene Tatro.

She is survived by: her children, David "Bub" Banks and Carlina Snelling (Tim); her grandchildren, Sara Banks, Chris Snelling (Mandy), Nick Snelling, Charles Banks, Lacie Perry (Jason), Timmy Snelling and Shaleigh Kline (Keith); and her great grandchildren, River Banks Perry, Josie Banks, Gracie Banks, Preston Perry, Timmy Ray Snelling III, Jasper Snelling, Logan Snelling and Benjamin Snelling.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Keepes Funeral Home (1500 N Cherry St, Mt Carmel, IL 62863). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Bethel Cemetery Old Bethel Cemetery.
