He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Madelyn Smith; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Katherine L. Landoll; his brother Tom (Beverly) of Sacramento; his nephews, Gary (Margaret) and Jeff (Jenine); and his sister-in-law Diane Landoll of Manhattan, KS..
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (600 N Russell St, Marion, IL 62959). A Mass was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
