She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Moeller and Enola Moeller; her in-laws, Hughes and Katie Rigg; and her granddaughter Paige Katherine Kennard.

She is survived by: her husband David H. Rigg; her daughters, Karen Kennard (Dick) of New Albany and Jenny McNeece (Marc) of Vincennes, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Abigail Kennard and Jacob Kennard; her great grandchild Tillie Rae Kennard; and her granddaughter Vivien McNeece.
