Mary K. Schrader Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary K. Schrader of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hering and Ethel Hering (Bouvy); her husband Glenn Schrader; and her brothers, Stephen Hering, Danny Hering, Bill Hering and George Hering.
She is survived by: her children, Glynnis Fisher of Mesa, AZ, Karla Schrader (Sandy) of Mount Carmel and Michael Schrader (Susan) of Buckeye, AZ; and her siblings, Harold L. Hering, Angela Jackson, John Hering, Mike Hering, Emily Summers and Teresa Duncan (Mark). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Sebastian Catholic Church (4921 N 1400 Blvd, Mt Carmel, IL 62863). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's memory to Charles Ford Hospice in Harmony.
