He is survived by: his parents, Walter Perry and Kathryn Perry (Adcock); his siblings, Jason Perry (Lacie), Kevin Perez, Lorena Perez and Selina Perez; his nephew Preston Perry; and his niece Cadance Perez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
