He is survived by : his sons, Levitt Smith (Megan) and Cole Smith; his grandchildren, Cameron and Jaxson Smith; and his brothers, Christopher Smith (Laura), Steve Smith (Connie), Timothy Smith and Dave Smith (Debbie). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
