He was predeceased by: his parents, Walden C. Oskins and Dorothy E. Oskins (Walton); and his brothers, Ronnie, Gary and Jimmy Oskins.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Goss; his sons, Jason Oskins (Cynthia), Josh Oskins and Jeffery Oskins; his grandson Joey Oskins; and his sister Joella Oskins. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
