Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Paul Burton of Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 87, on December 3, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burton and Ruth Burton (Deisher); his brother Robert Burton (Bob); and his grandson Israel Richard Burton. He is survived by: his wife Helen Clark of Albion; his children, Paula Bean (Michael) of Princeton, IN and Bradley (Melanie) of Patoka, IN; his granddaughter Johanna Nieblas (Dominic); his great grandchildren, Eli, Jude, Isla Mae of Dyer, IN, Kristen Cochran (Collin) and Bracy Bean (Briana) of Springfield, MO; his in-laws, Bracy and Luecretia Clark; CJ, Benny Paul, Gabriel of Lee's Summit, MO, Juliette, Evelyn, Olivia, James, J. S. Eastman and John Yarbor. He is also survived by several brothers & sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heartland Worship Center, Mount Carmel (212 W 2nd St, Mt Carmel, Illinois 62863, United States). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heartland Worship Center (212 W 2nd St, Mt Carmel, Illinois 62863, United States). A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at the Nye Chapel.
