He is survived by: his wife Kim Fine; his children, Stephen Fine (Tracy), Jennifer Fine, Brittany Burkett (Mike) and Chassity Richardson; his grandchildren, Hayley, Katelyn, Mallory, Erin, Brayden, Chloe, Kynley, Kortlyn and Zep; his great grandchild Laken; and his siblings, Bill Fine, Carolyn Wolfe (Jim), Rita Nash (John) and Pat Winstead (Jim). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
