He is survived by: his father David Haase; his siblings, Micheal Haase, Megan Haase (Tyler Linson) and Katie Haase (Ben Bryant); his grandmother Eileen Haase; his girlfriend Laci Mills; and his aunts and uncles, Marlene Hocking (Todd), Stacey Goodson (Mark) and Tereasa Means (Matthew). He is also survived by cousins and friends.
