He was predeceased by : his grandparents, James "Cheesie", Betty Herrin, Jim and Freda Raibley. He is survived by : his parents, Timothy Alan and Janice Emily Raibley (Herrin); his daughter Clare Ellen Raibley of Mount Carmel; his sister Andrea Decker (Jonathan) of Mt. Carmel; and his nephew Brady David Decker. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
