He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Tinsley and Claire L. Tinsley (West); and his sister Trudy Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Terri Tinsley (Clark) of Mt. Carmel; his daughters, Emily Brown (Jacob) of Bloomington, IN and Maggie Tinsley of Lexington, KY; and his granddaughters, Lilly and Evelyn Brown.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Short-Cunningham Funeral Home (527 N Mulberry St, Mt Carmel, IL 62863).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wabash County Shelter Buddies or Mt. Carmel High School (Boys or Girls) golf team.
