Perry of Mount Carmel, Illinois, born in Fairfield, Illinois, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Dustin Jones and Jessica Perry; his brothers, Tanner Jones (Avery), Andru Perry and Trenton Jones; his grandparents, Don, Brenda Jones, David Perry and Janet Byrns; his aunt Misty Jones; his uncles, Scott Perry (Karissa) and John Brown; and his cousins, Parker Linson and Reese Linson. He is also survived by great-aunts, uncles and cousins.
Social distancing practices will be in place and face coverings are recommended.
