He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Norman and Lula Gooch; his grandson Tim Howard; and his brother-in-law Robert Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee (Gooch) of Fairfield, IL.; his sons, Curtis Endsley (Vickie) of Mt. Erie, IL and John Endsley (Karen) of Washington, IL.; his grandsons, Clint Endsley (Julie) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Lance Endsley (Lindsey) of Cisne, IL and Matt Howard of Chicago, IL.; his great grandchildren, Kate, Parker, Savannah, Anna Beth Endsley of Cisne, IL, Hudson Endsley of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Wes Fosdick of Peoria, IL, Isaiah Howard of Peoria, IL and MaKayla Howard of Denver, CO.; and his siblings, Wilma Jenkins of Kingsport, TN. and Allen Endsley (Donna) of Mt. Erie, IL.. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 Nephews.
