She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy B. Atteberry and Lue C. Atteberry (Billingsley); her husband Jess D. Williams Jr.; her siblings, Elmo, Charles and Evelyn Ada; and her granddaughter Kayla Elaine.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Jordan (John) of North Carolina, Carolynn Gilbert (Dwain) of Waltonville, IL and Jeffery Williams (Gail) of Mt. Erie, IL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in memory of Ruth may be given to Carle Home Care & Hospice in Olney, IL and will be accepted at the funeral home.
