He was predeceased by: his parents, John Humphreys and Esther Humphreys (Bergstrom); his wife Kathy (Reid); his son-in-law Dan Fleeger; and his sister Lynn Conforti.
He is survived by: his children, Anne Johnson (Mark), Gina Rothweiler (David), John Humphreys (Kim), Matt Humphreys (Jenny) and Mary Fleeger (Dan); his brother Terry Humphreys (Iris); his sisters-in-law, Melanie Stingl and Lisa Lingle; and his cousin Mary Jo Poulson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the North Main Chapel (2811 N Main St, Rockford, IL 61103). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
