She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Grejtak and Anna Grejtak (Florian); her husband Arthur Carl Chapman; her daughter Linda Frizzo; and her siblings, Anna, Mary, Elizabeth, Joe, John, Mike, George and Frank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolee Brewer (Donald) and Judy Scheller (Ron); her grandchildren, Clarissa, Jennifer, Daren, Jesse, Alex and Clayt; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Ryan, Ryder, John and Anna.
Memorials are suggested to St. John Paul II Catholic Church and the Mt. Olive Care Center.
