Though Peggy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doctor Carter and Sylvia Carter (Young); her husband David Zenner; her sons, Joe Cunningham and David Zenner, Jr.; and her brother Faron Carter.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Carter and Vickie Dobrinich (Perry).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
