He is survived by: his mother Margaret Notter (Johannsen) of Greenville; his wife Robbin Notter; his daughter Se'Rinity; his stepson Kelley (Amanda Voyles) of Sorento; his grandchildren, Sierra Voyles of Wood River, Skylar Voyles of Sorento, Manasseh and Liberty Katuramu of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, John Notter (Sharon) of Greenville, Pam Gall of Greenville, Donna Powell (Dean) of Shattuc, IL, Ann Lesemann (Jerry) of Moro and Robert Notter of Staunton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the family to assist with Se'Rinity's expenses.
