He was predeceased by: his father Cletus Notter; and his stepdaughter Kari Katuramu. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Notter (Johnessee) of Greenville; his wife Robbin Notter; his daughter Se'Rinity; his stepson Kelley (Amanda Voyles) of Sorento; his grandchildren, Sierra Voyles of Wood River, Skylar Voyles of Sorento, Manasseh and Liberty Katuramu of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, John Notter (Sharon) of Greenville, Pam Gall of Greenville, Donna Powell (Dean) of Shattuc, IL, Ann Leseman (Jerry) of Moro and Robert Notter of Staunton.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Methodist Church of Mt. Olive (101 E 2nd N St, Mt Olive, IL 62069).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the family to assist with Se'Rinity's expenses.
