With sadness, we share the passing of Tyler A. Johnson of Mount Olive, Illinois. Tyler, born on July 23, 1988 in Maryville, Illinois, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ricky A. Johnson; his grandparents, Jack, Norma Hanratty, Carl and Evelyn Johnson; his aunt Nancy Brandmeyer; and his cousin Roger Pense.
He is survived by: his mother Becky (Alex); his sister Kelly Johnson (Steve Shylkofski) of Livingston, IL; and his aunts and uncles, Veronica Hock (Wilbur), Gary Johnson (Helen), Linda Pense, Sandy Homann (Paul), Jeff Hanratty (Sue) and John Hanratty. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richeson Funeral Home (205 Edwardsville Rd, Troy, IL 62294). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
