He is survived by: his children, Ken Schmidt and Judy Graf (Rob); his grandchildren, Natalie Oesch (Kyle), Austin Graf (Rachel), Spencer Graf and Melissa Schmidt; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher and Ashley Unger; his stepgrandparents, Noah, Silas, Callan Oesch, Margot and Quinn Graf; and also Aiden.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (1100 S Linneman Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
