Carolyn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Carolyn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis Borgia (8033 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634).
