It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine A. Thompson of Mount Prospect, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John "Jack" Thompson; her children, Patricia A. Young, John H. Thompson (Jackie), Michelle M. Kelly (Doug) and Kathleen M. Rotermund (Dave); her grandchildren, Julaine Stanonik (Justin), Jack Thompson, Sean Kelly, Joe Thompson (Lauren), Danny Rotermund, Billy Rotermund, Cade Kelly, Robby Rotermund and Connor Kelly; and her siblings, Dr. Bill Walsh (Kate), Tom Walsh (Lee) and Pat Walsh. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and she was devoted to her family and friends.
