It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Sparkowski (Mount Prospect, Illinois), who passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Conrad Sparkowski; her parents, Frank Musial and Sadie Musial; and her brother Frank. She is survived by: her children, Karen, Jeff (Kim), Pam Kaminsky (Robert) and Tim (Sandy); her grandchildren, Ryan, Sean, Kyle, Alex, Joe and Jenna; and her brother Tom Musial (late Carol).
