She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ron Cassidy and Arlene Cassidy; her siblings, Kathleen Langelund (John), Laureen Cassidy and Ronald Cassidy, Jr.; and her siblings' child Kailey Cassidy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (120 Ela St, Barrington, IL 60010).
She wanted to honor the nurses who cared for her, so in lieu of flowers, Cory requested donations be made to support the Nursing Wellness Award Program at Rush.
