He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillivan Bailey and Esther Bailey; and his siblings, Patricia Koller and Thomas Allsup. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bailey; his son Matthew Bailey (Libby); his grandsons, Maxwell and Gavin; his pet Reba; his siblings, Linda Smith (Clark), Teresa Williams, Nancy Bailey and James Bailey; and his brother-in-law Michael J. Armutat.
