She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. Urban; her parents, Leon Schweda and Marcella Schweda; her siblings, Berenice Niedziewicki (late Walter), Leonora DeSantis (late Robert) and Marcianna Schweda; and her nieces, Carol Dougherty and Doreen Vincent.
She is survived by: her children, Lydia Hohn and Joseph Urban (Lisa); her grandchildren, Madeline Bond (Brendan), Myles Urban (Shannon), Jack, Grace Urban and Abigail Hohn; and her brother Peter Schweda (Sherry).
