He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. O; his brother John "Buddy" O; and his brothers-in-law, Michael (late Barbara O'Grady) and John O'Grady (Carol O'Grady). He is survived by: his sibling Hern; and his sisters-in-law, Catherine (late Frank O'Keefe), Margaret (late James Finnegan) and Rosemary (late James Sivore).
