She was predeceased by : her husbands, Lawrence Travers and John Plover; and her brother Jeremiah Ring (late Caroline). She is survived by : her children, Dan Travers (Chris), Mary Hess, Noreen Travers, Kathleen Heneghan, Larry Travers (Sue), Tim Travers (Lisa), Anne Turk (Matt), Jerry Travers (Renee), Therese McGarry (Billy) and Ellen Duffy (Padraic); and her siblings, John Ring (Kathy) and Noreen Ryan (late Jack).

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gibbons Family Funeral Home (5917 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60634). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Emily Church (1400 E Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
